All orders more than $100.00, that do not contain oversized or hazardous items, and are shipping to the lower 48 states, qualify for $3.99 flat rate freight via UPS ground or USPS.

PRICING
With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers.

SHIPPING

All orders in the lower 48 states will ship UPS Ground.

All orders more than $100.00, that do not contain oversized or hazardous items, and are shipping to the lower 48 states, qualify for $3.99 flat rate freight via UPS ground or USPS.

Orders from outside of the lower 48 states do not apply to the quoted shipping charges and will incur additional shipping fees.

Some orders may contain oversized packages, and in some circumstances additional shipping fees may apply to oversized orders.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped generally in 2 to 5 working days.  

Payment is not processed until product availability has been confirmed.

RETURNS

Call or email for a return authorization prior to shipping the parts back to us.

We will return or exchange any item purchased provided:

The item is in the original package. The item is in new un-installed, un-used condition. The item package is in new un-marked or un-damaged condition. Electrical parts have not had the package opened in any way. ** There are no returns on decals or stickers of any kind. Returns must be made with in 10 days of receiving items. Restocking fees may apply.

Shipping costs for the return of parts are the responsibility of the customer. Under circumstances where the cause of the return of the part is beyond the customers control, i.e. wrong part shipped... we will send a UPS call tag to pickup the parts in question free of charge to the customer.
